Officers responded to a report of a 38-year-old female subject experiencing a drug overdose. A girl reported that while she was walking to the store an unidentified subject approached her and told her he would give her money if she went with him somewhere. Officers responded to a residence for a deceased subject (96-year-old female subject). Officers responded to a vehicle where a 73-year-old male subject was discovered deceased with a suicide note in the windshield. Probable cause developed to arrest both subjects once they are located. Officers responded to a disturbance involving a 34-year-old male subject and a 32-year-old female subject. Several subjects were arrested on warrants. Additional resources responded and SWAT team members evacuated and cleared the building. When officers entered the common area of the building, a male subject pointed a gun at the officers, who quickly retreated and set up a perimeter around the building. Officers responded to an apartment building for a report of a disturbance. None of the involved individuals remained on scene for police contact. The patron struck the vehicle and an argument ensued between the occupants of the car and the man on foot. Officers responded to a bar where the manager reported that a car pulling out of a stall struck a patron approaching the bar. The juvenile was listed as missing/runaway in the appropriate databases. A 92-year-old male subject was reported as missing. MIDTOWN: Adult Arrested Person – 4:07 p.m. Officers investigated the report of a possible sexual assault of a child. WEST: Sexual Assault of a Child – 3:22 p.m. The subject was transported to a hospital. The subject was placed into protective custody under an emergency detention. Officers responded to the Monona Terrace for a suicidal subject. Officers disengaged.ĬENTRAL: Check Person – 2:10 p.m. The subject was transported voluntarily to a hospital and voluntarily admitted. Officers responded to a residence for a suicidal subject. Officers responded to a residence for a deceased subject (72-year-old male).
